The property was clean, comfortable, and was equipped for a long stay. It is in a safe neighborhood, across the street from many shops and cafes, easy for walking around the city. The terrace was huge and can be accessed easily. The owner was reaponsive with any inquiries, wifi was strong. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Pros: location, helpful and responsive host, relatively quiet given the location, water provided at a dispenser on one of the floors, kitchen condiments available. I appreciated having a place to do laundry (but bring your own detergent as none is provided) as I travel carryon only.
The host respected my request to not have my room serviced (I think the room is serviced daily if you don’t specify). I also appreciated the hosts photos of how to locate the apartment as the doorway entrance is easy to miss from the stree

Ermelin was a gentleman- from the moment I booked and asked a million questions online, to picking me up from the airport and not complaining that I came out 20 minutes late, showing me the town as we drove and helping me settle in to the apartment comfortably.
He even put a bottle of water in the fridge before I got there
