Beautiful clean apartment, we were given a larger apartment than what we had booked, everything we needed, bed was super comfy. Jane was amazing with corresponding with any questions and even providing an umbrella on one rainy day, she organised transport from the airport both ways. On leaving, I left some sentimental ear pods in the apartment by mistake, she has promised to post these out to me. Tha apartment is right near the beach with lovely restaurants and cafes to choose from. Will definitely return in the future. This place and Jane is a must! Thank you .

The view was marvellous, the apartament is right next to the beach, it has air conditioning. Everything was right in place and like in the pictures.

Nice spacious and clean apartment (I almost took my shoes off when entering) on the 6th floor (elevator available, but there is a 2-3 step stair before that), with a large balcony, large living room with kitchen and 2 big bedrooms. Close to the beach (<100m), restaurants and small convenience stores.
The owner was very friendly, as was his (caretaker). Always willing to help and great communication.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and we managed to get the vacation feeling and rest we needed.

Owner and family were very helpful with excellent communication in English. They helped out with transport and any other questions we had. Nice apartment, next to a good beach with plenty of restaurants, and within a walkable distance to the historical town.

Spacious. modern apartment room with kitchen, table and pleasant outside courtyard seating. All fittings new. Very clean. Helpful host who met us on arrival and gave us a lift to the bus station at the end of our stay. Good value for money.

Modern apartment, nicely furnished, exactly as described, a stone's throw from the beach. Has everything you need for a.longer stay. Perfectly located with an endless choice of bars and restaurants along the beach. Communication was excellent, always available on WhatsApp. Met exactly on time for check-in. Everything was like in the picture. New modern apartment with sea view balcony. Near to the beach. A lot of parking. And close to shops and restaurants.
We had an amazing stay at one of Vila Emi Apartments. We were four people. Everything was perfect, complete with all facilities. Apartment has a big balcony, flat screen TV, there are air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room and more. It was clean and it also has a washing machine.

Very beautifully decorated 2 bedroom apartment situated right at the beachfront close to the promenade and many bars and restaurants. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly. The condo itself has all any traveler need, wifi available, 2 flat screen TV, washing machine and many more. Parking for free is available at the opposite located hotel parking lot.
The apartment was clean and spicy. Two bathrooms and nice terrace were what we liked very much. Everything was as in the listings description.
We appreciated Guest information with some tips where to go on a trip. There was also quick wifi for free.
The flat has great location. A few metres far there is a bus stop (you can go by bus to the Durres Centre) and car rentals (we rented a small car for 35 euros per day). We were very satisfied with the owners quick responses. The check in was smooth, even if we arrived at late night.
The flat is in a very good location, only a few minutes walk to the center and close to the bus station to the beach. It is an entire apartment with loads of space and a good kitchen, with lovely views of the sea from the balcony, and is great value for money. The hosts was very nice and hospitable. I would recommend coming here if you're in Durres!
