We loved everything about this place. Clean, well maintained, comfortable studio , beautiful view, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even more ( coffee maker, blender) ; the pool is nice and clean. There’s a washing/dryer we could use and was great especially if you pack light as we did. The position is great, too, you have access a to Yepton beach, which is just a few steps away or at about 20 minutes walk is one of our favorite beaches in Antigua, Deep Bay beach.
Good communication with the host, gave us clear directions and easy self check-in.
Definitely recommend.

The owner Carl is the kindest person you will meet on the entire island, he drove me around like he was an old friend. The place is absolutely gorgeous and spacious, and spotless clean. Highly recommended and thank you from my heart ❤️

A little bit far from attractions but if you will get a taxi or a car you will be absolutely fine.

Villa by the Sea was absolute paradise. It is a beautiful property located on a beautiful beach. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen accessories for preparing meals.
Great to be so close to the beach. Comfortable, well-equipped apartment. Host was very helpful in picking us up from the airport when arranged car didn't arrive and taking us to the supermarket.
Quiet location right on Yepton Beach, easy road back to StJohn's with a supermarket on the way. Easy walk to other beaches in the area. Condo had everything we needed inc a washing machine, kettle, stove, fridge/freezer. Plenty of onsite parking. Host super accomodating, dealt with all enquiries rapidly.
