The Location is brilliant and positioned in a great spot on the beach, having their own private sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff are really helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a great time with great walks along the beach and venturing out to the tiki Bar just off the beach.

It had everything we needed in a self catering apartment. I loved the pool and the beach access. Everything was clean. Mandy was so helpful with the car rental, pictures and guidance how to find the resort and apartment. The car pick up at the airport was so quick and easy. The view from our terrace was so breathtaking.

Lovely spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen including large fridge freezer, a microwave and washing machine. Peaceful and semi-rural location - there are neighbours but the views are of palm trees and flowers. Comfy beds and sofa, TVs with streaming services and clean bathroom. Self check in but the hostess was very responsive on whatsapp if we needed. Easy drive to everywhere on the island. It made a great base for our trip to Antigua!

Lovely pool and the property is right on a small beach with soft sand. Hotel’s beach is next to the much larger stretches of beach that are a farther away but don’t have chairs. The apartments are nice for a small family and have little kitchens/cooking areas that were great for making breakfast or a small meal. Grounds of the property are very nice.
Lovely quiet venue. Perfect for the beautiful beach, staff were very helpful, Stanley seamed to be everywhere & willing to help with anything.

We liked everything about Holiday Home Belvedere. The pool, the view and the sunset were incredible, but the service just as good. The owners are absolutely lovely and were always happy to help… it was nice chatting to them. The rooms were cleaned every day and were spacious, comfortable and had everything you needed in the kitchen. We loved sitting outside our room each morning having breakfast at our own outdoor table. We rented a car from the airport and there was safe, private parking behind the apartment block.
The hosts are warm, friendly and welcoming couple. My husband and I felt at home. Each request was honored right away.
Ms. Condon visited daily to say hello and to check if there was anything needed. This is my first stay here and it definitely will not be my last.
There’s also a restaurant on site which is a plus.
I would highly recommend this property to family, friends and to anyone visiting Antigua.
The apartments are located on a hill which provide great views of Dickenson Bay. There is a communal pool and seating area which is an added bonus. The beach is walkable and would take 10-15 mins going but 20-30 returning due to the afore mentioned hills. A car is recommended as the nearest shops are a 5-10 min drive.
The location of the apartment is superb with amazing sea views and easy access to local restaurants and the beach at Dickenson Bay. The Halcyon Heights complex is very quiet and private with a nice pool and sun terrace. It is mixture of residential and holiday lets and the overall atmosphere is friendly and relaxing.
Bed was huge and very comfortable. Whole apartment spacious and kitchen well enough equipped.
Gardens were well taken care of with extra little touches with info about the plants. Pool was plenty big enough with built in seat ledge around one end for lazing about. Literally walk out of the garden on to the beach.
