The location was beautiful. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment in the residence for 2 nights during the Eid holidays. It was clean, and the kitchenet was equipped with all the requirements. The location was beautiful. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment in the residence for 2 nights during the Eid holidays. It was clean, and the kitchenet was equipped with all the requirements. They brought us tissues, towels, coffee, and tea bags when we checked in. The balcony had a mountain and sea view. It was quiet, and the kids loved the swimming pool.
There was no communication on what needed to happen at Check in and a security guard on arrival told us to go to C block but there was nobody there (apparently that check in closes at 6:30 p.m.) and we then went to the hotel check in an it took 30 minutes for them to find out which apartment we were to be in and provide us with the keys. It was a last minute booking so I assume this may have been the reason - we made the booking around 2 p.m and arrived around 7 p.m.
Location was great and apartment luxurious and cosy , kitchen equipped with all necessary amenities. Spacious, comfortable, clean. Ample parking space.
