I would like to thank the owner for the easy and swift response. She was so nice and helpful. Also I want to thank Mr.Leon from the reception. He was very helpful and friendly. He made sure that everything is done well. Smooth check in and out. The apartment is very beautiful and so clean. Everything is provided in the apartment. The sea view was amazing from the apartment. You are very close to the resort facilities. I recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to stay at the address beach residence and for sure I will be booking it again.

Lovely apartment and location but the rubbish bin wasn’t emptied from the previous booking and stunk really bad. The en-suite basin was blocked with water and one of the showers were leaking.

Collecting the keys process was very smooth.
Collecting the AED 2000 deposit was very quick as well after inspecting the property.
The staff were kind and responded quickly to our issues and solved it instantly.

Italian restaurant is to avoid, we did not want to try the others as we were disappointed on our first evening. We prefer to eat outside for 6 days.
Breakfast is repetitive, nothing spectacular same stuff for 7 days .
The apartment was exactly as described - very nice and comfy and close to the beach, pool and gym. Host was great and checking in was super easy. Would recommend to any family. The area is nice and the hotel facilities are top class.

We went for short staycation and loved all about this hotel. Poor is excellent, clean and good temperature. Beach is well maintained, restaurants are diverse and excellent, staff is very attentive and kind.
We expected excellent service and simply we got it.
The apartment is absolutely amazing. 4 spacious rooms plus maidroom, fits 9 people easily. The balcony is out of this world, as big as my flat in Dubai.
Nice good established Hotel with normal sized Apartment Studios, with direct and easy beach access. Wonderful small snoopy island in front of the beach and easy to reach for snorkelling within 10 min swimming. Studio clean and friendly managed. Our cleaner Manahir very friendly and blessed with a lot of passion for his work, did an excellent job.
