We even got a free upgrade which was so nice of her. Staff is excellent, everyone is so nice and polite. Clean rooms, quiet surroundings, great breakfast and we felt safe at all times as the hotel is located in one of the safest areas in Cape Town.

Staff was very friendly and helped us park in the garage (which is a bit tight for a mini-van, but it works!). Safe location, central to everything you want to do in Cape Town. The drinks and snacks were a great welcome amenity, as we arrived later at night. Pool looked nice for soaking but unfortunately we didn't have time b/c we were out and about in town. Would highly recommend!

The checkin process beforehand and on site was super easy and all the staff members were super kind. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen has many tools, all what you need for easy breakfast. It’s also super nice to be walking distance from the beach. The property is very safe and quiet. We also really liked the outdoor shower and the pool on hot days.
