Otis Apartment státar af borgarútsýni og býður upp á gistirými með verönd, í um 800 metra fjarlægð frá West Lake. The room was large and there were plenty of amenities such as toiletries, cooking equipment, eating utensils, and TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. There were king size beds in each bedroom. The owner and staff were very pleasant and easy to communicate with when needed. They even brought us fruit and sweet snacks to the room out of pure kindness. The location is very secure with codes to get into the elevator and a separate key into the room. It is steps away from the lake with easy access by Grab/Taxi to the rest of Hanoi. There is a coffee and tea shop located on the premises with plenty of options and sweet snacks available. This came in handy as we were winding down the night to take to our room. There is also an onsite washer and dryer for free. I highly recommend Otis Apartments!
