Location close to the beach so we could get some drinks and food. Helpful with scooter hire and general knowledge of cat ba. We accidentally left our go pro on check out and the team kept it safe and kept in a safe place so we could pick it up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a sense of belonging!

Great room with very friendly owner. But in the neighboring building was construction, so it was a bit noisy in morning

Wonderful tropical gardens in the homestay and we loved to be in the middle of the national park. Loved eating with the other guests in the communal areas. All the staff looked after us and were extremely friendly.  We loved all of the activities that were available as well.  It was all made so easy to organise everything from food to trips to getting to and from the village as Chilly was helping us all the way giving us all the options then arranging what we asked for (like having a personal travel agent - I’ve no idea how he does it!). Very much value for money too in my opinion. Highly recommended!!!

Facing the seafront, Ruby Halong 6 Hotel is an aparthotel providing a 4-star accommodation in Ha Long. It features a terrace, bar and parking on-site. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and a lift, along with free WiFi. The aparthotel has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Staff were very nice. No english at all though. Location could be cool but it was totally empty there. Every place with a resurant sign up was closed because of no customers.

The staff are helpful and provide great support to make the stay an exceptional one, especially Ms Sao Quang Ninh. Breakfast was sumptuous and was served in time before we left for our cruise tour. There is a wide range of tv channels available.
