Located just 400 metres from Bayahibe Beach, Paraíso Bayahibe offers accommodation in Bayahibe with access to a garden, a bar, as well as full-day security. The receptionist Kiara was very friendly, she spoke excellent English and made us feel very welcome during our stay. The pool area was lovely not loads of sun loungers but it wasn’t a problem. The rooms were very basic but had everything we needed even a water fountain which we thought was amazing! The room was big but did smell a little fusty but once we opened the window and put the A/C on it went away. If you want your room cleaning you just ask at reception this wasn’t a problem at all for us. You get a bath towel and a beach towel. It was on the main road into Bayahibe so the location was great. A little pizza place and shop 2 mins away and the Main Street which you could walk down and be at the beach/harbour in 5/10 mins. As 2 girls travelling we felt safe and I would definitely stay here again it was a great start to our holiday.

17 km from Queen Emma Bridge, Thuishaven Boutique Mini-resort is a recently renovated property located in Willemstad and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The resort is an amazing place to rest. You feel like you are close to the beach. The room is very clean and look after with newly furnitures and beautiful bathrooms.

"It was our first encounter with Curaçao, so we were on the lookout for the perfect location and base to explore the island. I can immediately say that Blue Bay Beach Resort was, in many ways, the perfect choice for us. We stayed for 2 weeks in one of the beautifully decorated and tidy Xanadu apartments with a view of a private pool, a spacious balcony, and private parking. The location is ideal, just a 4-minute walk from the private beach. The entire crew is friendly and welcoming, but it's the warm personality of owner 'Ravi' that captivated us from the personal welcome. The man has a natural flair for connecting his guests - a delightful mix that spontaneously led to some 'magical' happy hours by the pool. Thank you, Ravi, for this highly appreciated personal touch! Situated in Noord, The Palm Leaf Apartments features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The pool was a lovely fixture, allowing us to cool off whenever we needed to. The induction stovetop was great for cooking our own meals. Smart TV let us watch Netflix whenever we felt like we just wanted to relax. Great internet service. Everything in the unit felt of high quality, especially the doors & locks.

Set within 200 metres of Castara Beach and 600 metres of Little Bay Beach, Castara Inn offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Castara. Best sea viewing spot in front of my door under a mango tree, a piece of paradise, rugged yet beautiful. Spacious room with big bathroom. Has everything you need. A bit like staying in my grandma’s when I was young: you can hear ppl walking upstairs while lying in bed, and plenty of birds like motmots early morning in the courtyard. Room has sliding glass doors, with curtains for sun blocking and privacy. Private cove reachable via a proper hike, staircase to start with but majority is along riverbeds and through bushes, rocks and tree trunks…be prepared, I had to wash my shoes after that 😂 also remember your way down, no signposts or anything like that, and getting lost in the bush when there is no mobile signal can be scary… Castara beach via paved road downhill and staircase, some may find it steep. Sunsets are amazing, boats, music, guys playing football in the twilight…very atmospheric. Good food options close by in the village. The ones recommended by hotel 👍🏻 About 1.5h drive from airport. Worth the trip if you ask me.

Situated in Deshaies and only 200 metres from Petite Anse Beach, Bikamado features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Very clean facilities, a little hard to find but worth it and the owner who lives nearby was very friendly and helpfull
