Beautiful apartment, wonderful facilities, the access via the latch app was great for a party of 8 as there was no worrying about who has the keys, friendly host who was in contact before and during our stay, it could not have been better.

The only problem we had was getting the code for the key box. Everytime I sent a message we got the same answer - that we had recieved an email. No email was recieved. We waited for over an hour and a half. Eventually we got the code via whatsapp. No person to talk to just a robot. We almost booked another hotel just when the code came via whatsapp. Once in the appartment was excellent.

La Srta Isabel nos atendió muy bien y nos ayudó a resolver todos los problemas que teníamos (Código QR para el estacionamiento, como hacer el check in vía pág web… entre otros). El lugar es excelente, relativamente cercar del centro (15 minutos a pie velocidad lenta).

The apartment is brand new, clean, comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone and without a shadow of a doubt, it helped us to have the best experience during our stay in Nashville.

The location was amazing! It was away from the noise of the busy part of downtown but still within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and just a 15-minute walk to the main strip. The convenience was amazing!!

Gorgeous apartment that was lovely and clean with great facilities. The space was loads bigger than we expected. About 20 minute walk to Broadway and cheap to get a Lyft back. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again on our next visit.
