Mint House at 70 Pine offers accommodation in a historic landmark building in New York, 700 metres from Battery Park. Free WiFi access is offered. The room was sooo spacious. Loved the decks and NY selection of records. Great restaurants in the building and a super market. Really great.

This Montauk house is located within easy walking distance from the beach and boasts a private balcony. Guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool and games room. Made for a fun, wonderful weekend. Amazing ocean views and walking distance to town.

In the Wall Street - Financial District district of New York, close to National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Sonder Battery Park has free WiFi and a washing machine. The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and fully functional even for longer stays. It was very wuiet at night which is a bonus in New York (however the studio on the lower floor was a lot noisier). We loved being able to do laundry in the room as well. Location is great! Very close to subway, shops and piers, yet not very lively at night.

We had a family wedding at the South Street Seaport and rented several apartments at this location. The door code made getting in and out very easy, safe & secure even in the wee hours of the morning! The building had a luggage cart which facilitated loading all the luggage up to the room! The apartments are very spacious & even the pull out bed & bedding was very comfortable!

The motel is far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surroundings of the motel are quiet and stunning. The room was very clean and had all the essentials. There were some plates and bowls for the food. The bed was very comfortable. Check-in and checkout were problem free.
