Located in Peoria, the recently renovated The Concord Place provides accommodation 5.3 km from Bradley University and 7.2 km from Peoria Civic Center. Everything was very comfortable and felt like home. The manager was incredibly nice and wonderful to talk to. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay. Its also very affordable for everything you get, whether for a night or a week.

Beautiful living room with the balcony was nice despite chilly February weather. Nice kitchen and bathroom with a spacious shower. Bedroom was very comfortable minus the overly soft pillows, personal preference, not a big issue.

I liked the kettle coffee maker. I found a lot of coffee capsules and tea 2 kinds of salt pepper and frying oil. It was a nice bonus to what was in the apartment. Thank you.
