Nice furniture, comfortable, not spacious but everything is functional. Very clean, new, nice terrace. Although it is next to a canal and a busy street, it was quiet at night. The location is excellent, there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, fast food, baklava and everything nearby. There is a parking space in front of the building. WiFi good.

Great location-it is just 3 minutes walking to the beach, 2 minutes to the bus stop where you can get the bus to the city center, 1 minute walking to the supermarket. The place is new, really clean and have everything you need for a comfortable living. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including washing machine and dishwasher. There is always hot water in the shower and kitchen. The hotel also has a swimming poo with warm water, and nice green territory. The staff is super helpful and hospitable. Literally, it is the best place I've ever stayed and I've traveled a lot.
