This is a beautiful , clean chic little gem of a place , like a little boutique hotel , immaculately clean, modern and stylishly furnished, perfectly placed for nonthaburi pier, the rooms have everything you will need, was pleased to find on arrival 2X bottles of water, 2x snacks , 1 instant noodle pot, two little cakes, and all the tea/ coffee you would need for one night. The bed was comfy and new like everything else, inc immaculate bed linen , bath and hand towels, AC is super quiet and perfect 👌🏻 , 2 balconies came with my room, one more utilising , the other, over looking the chai yo praia peaceful , quiet picturesque , immaculate , after a peaceful night of a hellish previous day, headed down to the beautiful indoor / outdoor option restaurant for the inclusive breakfast, beautiful friendly attentive staff promptly served a perfectly cooked English style breakfast, inc 2 x bacon, 1 sausage ( Asian style ) 👌🏻 2 x eggs perfectly cooked , two white toast, with butter and fruit preserves , mixed salad , water, coffee and small Mellon desert . . Superb 👌🏻 I tried to stay another night here, but ofcourse , it had no availability ! 😔 don’t think about booking this place like I did . . Just book it And enjoy ! PS, I was not paid to write this review 😆 it’s just that good ! Khub Khune 🙏

You can tell much thought was put into the room. New furniture and appliances. Super fast wifi, great for work. Bathroom was spacious. Shower pressure was amazing. Room had warm lighting. Free coffee. Smart TV. Laundry and dryer for use on-site. A/C was strong. The host was very accommodating and friendly. 7/11 and Lotus within walking distance. A nice exercise park within a minute's walk. Excellent value for money.
