The price was super. Covered off street parking. Kind older man who does the night shift was there for me for late night key and welcome. Comfy big bed. Cold AC. Tiny simple private bathroom. Good little fridge. It has the authentic feel and I like that more than high luxury. All in all nothing outstanding but I was quite happy with it and can recommend this one for sure.
