I made a mistake with the reservation and the stuff were quick to fix it and allowed me not to pay any extra fee. The place is brand new and high- standard, with spacious and well decorated rooms, the location is just a few steps from the beach and facilities are amazing. A special shout to Ms. Oii and the staff at the reception for being so welcoming and helpful. It will definitively become my go-to place for when I am in Pattaya.

If you are not looking for luxury hotel but for good quality vs price - this is the best choice, nice and big room with nice view for garden or swiming pool. Two swiming pools, not crowded - one swiming pool open up to 10 PM. Very good support from managment and good contact for any questions, good small resturant, good small gym. Just opposit night live - Tree Town - but very quiet. It looks that many quests are comming for longer time. Definitly if I go for good hotel in good price - this is the best choice and I have been many times in diffrent hotels in Pattaya.

Very well received by Franki, good insider information about where to experience things and where to eat well. Perfectly nice clean room and a super nice comfortable bed with nice pillows. Franki is a very friendly nice host.

Boasting a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and a shaded sun deck, Citismart Residence is conveniently located in Pattaya Central. This was a self-contained two-bedroom unit with a fully equipped kitchen that my family took full advantage \of to cook home-cooked meals, Lots of modern dishes, and cutlery. It was indeed a home away from home. The location was minutes from a large shopping center and grocery and food mart. The Hostess Was always responsive to our needs and even was kind enough to arrange a comfortable SUV to take us back to Bangkok.

Pattaya Bay and Jomtiem Beach are within walking distance. i really enjoyed my stay . no insects , the room was big and clean, and the stuff was very nice and friendly . there also was a microwave , a huge bath , soft pillows, and a comfortable sofa . I felt like I was at home
