Boasting inner courtyard views, Villa New York provides accommodation with balcony, around 800 metres from Sutomore City Beach. A very cozy place and the owner was really friendly and nice. There were small but important details that made the room more comfortable. For example, mosquito nets gave me an opportunity to enjoy fresh air in the evening. And having a clothes dryer is really useful! Thank you, I will definitely come to visit again!

Room is big, Everything is new, bed, sofa, kitchen…Perfect location it’s located at the end of old street (from port) and beginning of the forest path to the golden horn beach, so you can easily to access both easily, with a very quite location in front of sea. Restaurants just few mins walk, Staffs were super friendly and helpful, pool is relatively big and very clean. Owing it new renovated and just re-opened, not too many guests now, so it’s really perfect stay!

Amazing place. Location was the best. They’re offering a parking pass, which is so cool because you’re not allowed to get with your car in the city centre without permission. Everything was so organized, fast communication. Late check in was without any issues. Place was prepared, extra bed was super comfortable, even the AC was on when we arrived. Guy from the desk was super polite and helpful. Thanks, we gonna come over one day!!

Owner was very kind and helpful. Close to city center and very close to Great Beach. Room was perfect, everything was new. Clean service was every day.

The staff was very friendly and always super helpful. We wanted our apartment to be cleaned early in the morning and they accommodated our needs without problem. The apartment was big, nice and clean. They are pet-friendly and even our dog loved staying there. Usually, she doesnt like staying in hotels, but here she was very peaceful. The hotel had great facilities and swimming pools, but the best was the beach at the seaside. Sunbeds were included in the apartment price and the beach was clean and not crowded. Breakfast was super delicious with a great selection. As well they had decaf coffee.
