Grand Anse
All units in the aparthotel are fitted with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a kitchen, a dining area, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer and free toiletries. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the aparthotel, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Everything. Nicole is the owner and is super friendly and approachable. She made our stay much better. The property faces the sea and there’s Fond Ferdinand 15 min walk away (uphill) or 5 min if you’re driving. We ordered dinner and breakfast and the food was just amazing. The staff is very friendly also. Special thanks to Nicole for preparing a birthday cake on a last notice the night before. It’s touching to meet such great people. My next stay in Seychelles will be at sea splash for sure.
Anse Lazio
Located within a few steps of Anse Lazio Beach and 1.4 km of Anse St. Jose Beach, Lazio Beach Residence provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Anse Lazio. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The aparthotel has private entrance. The apartment was brand new, and right on the most beautiful beach on the Praslin island. Audrey and her family was super nice and make us feel at home. They was very friendly and help us with everything we needed.
Anse Possession
Set in Anse Possession and only 700 metres from Anse Madge Beach, VincVilla offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel has family rooms. A spacious and comfortable private space with kitchen and access to clothes washer and dryer, as well as prtivate parking. Hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even inviting me to their barbecue dinner the one evening. Quiet neighborhood. It’s a fairly easy walk into town (25 mins?) if you don’t have luggage, and convenient for the ferry terminal. Definitely recommend.

Super well located on the main strip and a few seconds walk to Côte d’Or and a bunch of shops and takeaways. Quiet and perfect for sunrises and sunsets. Well situated for the bus stop too and the view of the ocean is wonderful. The room has everything you can need. Not self catering but still a tea/coffee station just on the landing. Herbert is a wonderful host and a lovely person. Really good vibes.
What an amazing time we had in Praslin visiting family and staying at Stone Self Catering made for a perfect stay. Our room overlooked the pool and felt like home. Upon entry the air conditioning had been switched on which was refreshing on an especially humid day. Close to all facilities at Grand Anse it was a perfect base for our trip and we will definitely return. Thank you Antonio!
Location of the property was good… it was very close to Anse lazio beach and various super markets. Since this was a self catering 1 bhk bungalow had a beautiful garden and all amenities like fridge, cookware, cutlery, washing machine etc. the staff was good and helpful.
Easy access to the beach.. great view from the room.. very big room size.. great breakfast satisfied all the needs of a self catering villa nearby grocery store very good place.. would recommend to book the stay

Large, clean and comfortable self catering apartment. Exceptionally good staff who were friendly, efficient and welcoming. Close to airport and beach (though the beach had a lot of seaweed - other fantastic beaches are less than an hour drive). Mini market and restaurant within 5 minutes walk. Would highly recommend the apartment.
Our stay was just amazing! Beautiful and spacious house, regular cleaning and changing towels that we have not expected in self catering accommodation... Very welcome host, who helped us with car rental... Cote d'or beach was one of the best beaches in the end of September...
Big comfy rooms, beautifull sea front view from terrace , everything operational, hotel is in centre with car park free also, everything that you need is few steps away, grocery store, c&w internet store, bank, police and hospital, plenty self catering restaurants , breakfast was rich also, so this can't be better at all and is worth more than charged, absolutely reccommended!!
The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay is available, The location is wonderful, directly at the most beautiful peaceful stretch of beach. Just a short walk away from restaurants, the fishmarket and supermarkets.
Great accomodation and location. You need to rent a car to get around Praslin. La Petite is a short drive but a big hill on the way makes walking with luggage unadvisable. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Very well equipped for a self catering unit compared to other self catering places we stayed at in the Seychelles. Lovely view from the balcony. Quiet. Nothing is far, Vallee de Mai is a 10 min drive, easy to get around on the island with a rental.
