The complex Silver Mountain is fantastic, but please, try to train the employees.

Silver Mountain Resort & Spa is located in Poiana Brasov, a 20-minute walk from Bradul Ski Slope and features an outdoor swimming pool. this is quite a big montain resort, but the restaurant nor the spa never felt too crowded. There was some confusion about the amenities in the room as hotel informed us on arrival that info on booking.com is not accurate, but they did their best to provide what we needed. the best was the outside jacuzzi pool with wonderfull views.
