This will be a long review, because I have a lot of things to say about the place. First it is a very biker friendly place. First this is my third visit at Puzzle Hotel. And as usual it was perfect. I don't search for other accomodations in Craiova, when visiting and will probably continue to stay at the same place when in town. First - the service is perfect. The owner of the Hotel is a nice lady which helps us a lot. I remember our first time it was 2021. We arrived at the hotel and we needed to buy tickets for the public transport. The lady picked up on her car took us to a place for tickets and helped us buy them. During the second visit, because we arrived bit early - she welcomed us to the office of the hotel where she offered us water and sweets during the waiting. Additionally the owner is very responsive via Viber and other platforms. So this is a huge plus! When it comes to hotel services - the rooms are clean, bathrooms are spotless, sheets are clean and smell fresh, rooms also smell good. There are washing machines so you can wash your clothes if you are in need. In addition - there are all types of payment methods. Via card, cash or revolut... This is very handy. Facilities - there are rooms for couples, for big groups, for small groups. First two times when visiting I was with another two friends in a triple room. The beds were good, sleeping was excellent, bathroom was perfect, enough power sockets to charge everything. Currently I was in a room for two people and it was as good as it gets. In the rooms there is microwave , fridge, the basics, but are enough. There are small balcony or large balcony, depending on the room. The windows are very good, when they are closed no noise from the big boulevard is coming, so good sleep is assured. There is parking places enough for two cars and 3 motorcycles (big Enduro). There is shade and it is secure. Third - location. Well here we have things to say. It is a bit far from the city center.
