Boasting free bikes and views of river, Liberte Apartments is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Oradea, 1.2 km from Citadel of Oradea. I generally prefer the convenience of the hotels but, this time, I was attracted by the location, very close to the city center. It proved to be a very good choice. Big room, good facilities, perfect for a few days stay. Being located on a pedestrian street, you don’t hear the traffic noise. The weather outside was really hot but the A/C did its job very well. The host has been very helpful, with plenty of info on check in, places to visit, etc, starting before our arrival and even after departure. Thanks! Price is quite decent compared to hotels and similar places. Parking may be a challenge only if you have heavy luggage, but it didn’t bother me. I was happy it exists and I could park my very big car. It is a public carpark, located on the back street, 150-200m away. At 30 RON/day, price is very decent, given the location.
