Set in the heart of Lima’s upscale Miraflores district, San Martin offers comfortable apartments with free Wi-Fi. Miraflores Beach and Larcomar shopping are a 10-minute walk. Private parking is free. Breakfast was fabulous. Very varied. It was difficult to decide what to eat as everything was great. We highlight the avocado sandwiches!!! The rooms were big with an exceptional kitchen which allowed us to have dinner there so that we didn´t have to go out every night. Location is great. Just one block from Larco Av. and 5 or 6 to Larcomar Shopping center. We highly recommend stopping at TANTA there. Food is great. Just opposite the Apart Hotel you have EL PUNTO AZUL another great place to have lunch or dinner. It is very popular so that we recommend that you get there early before 1pm to be sure to get a table. People at the hotel were very kind and helped us through in all we needed. If we return to Peru this is our spot.

Host was always available. He was helpful and kind. I even had cookies and coffee waiting for me! Location was amazing.

It is an actual mini apartment - than a hotel room - with all possible facilities including kitchenware, iron, and so on. Very well located, and very clean. I booked for 1 night and extended my stay to 2 nights - the price for 2nd night was lower by around 20 USD.

Breakfast bright and earlier than usual by request. Thermal flask with hot water. I was allowed to park inside the compound. Calm rural setting next to town. The gardens looked very nice.
