Super friendly and caring staff, made us feel like family and went above and beyond allowing us to store our bags and use the facilities on the last day of our trip since we had stayed at a jungle lodge in between our flights to and from Iquitos. Asked a carpenter to stop working - it was loud- when we arrived back to our room. We didn't make this request, he just did it. He allowed us to check out late with a very very small fee. Instructed the moto-taxi driver to help us with our bags at the port. So kind and joyful, always smiling.

Must have stayed in dozens of hotels and motels. This one is probably my favorite. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and modern. The staff was both very helpful and professional.
