Clearbrook Serviced Motels & Apartments offer an array of well-appointed studios and apartments in in the heart of Wanaka, just a short walk from Lake Wanaka and the town's shops and restaurants. The facilities provided are very comprehensive. Includes a washing machine + tumbler dryer. After 4 days on the road without doing laundry, this was such a relief to be able to wash our clothes.

Offering free WiFi and free on-site parking, Apartments @ Spinnaker Bay boasts lakefront accommodation with views of the mountains. Guests enjoy a heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna. Old fashioned room but very clean. Most of all, view was fantastic. Little far from downtown, but impressive walk road along lake.

Majestic Mansions – Apartments at St Clair is located 50 metres from St Clair Beach, and a 5-minute walk from the seasonal St Clair Salt Water Pool. Great location by the sea. Loved the historic building. Good parking.
