Located in Ohakune at the foothills of Mt Ruapehu, Rocky Mountain Chalets Ohakune provides accommodation with free WiFi, mountain views, and access to 2 hot tubs and a sauna. Very close to town. Included washer and dryer and laundry soap. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were late leaving, and the staff were very gracious about our problems.

The staff and everyone was fantastic. Very helpful finding restaurants . And it was immaculate. With espresso, coffee machine . And washer and dryer in studio with also kitchen and dishwasher . Walking distance to all stores mall and restaurants . Thank you to all of the staff and cleaning crew .

The location is fantastic, the view from our room was amazing, our room was spotless and the staff at reception are absolutely outstanding. They made us feel so welcome, were so caring, hospitable, friendly and helpful, I can honestly say I have never ever been treated so kindly by hotel staff. These people are exceptional.
