Just a minutes’ walk from the golden sands of Pauanui Beach, Ocean Breeze Resort boasts a seasonal outdoor pool and a steamy hot tub. All self-contained apartments feature a balcony or patio with pool views. The location was great and our apartment was wonderful, the heated pool was great.

Amazing views. Lovely apartment with tasteful furnishings. Easy Access to the beach and to the town. We hated to leave.!

Terry and Debra were the best hosts we have experienced in our time here in New Zealand.
Definitely would look to go back for another stay.

Great location to explore Hahei and Hot Water Beach, only a 5min walk from the beach. Lovely accomodation for self-catering, with the option to add breakfast and have a meal in the bistro on site, free parking available on site. Have used this accomodation before and can recommend it. Very friendly staff.

A very comfortable apartment on the first floor with an excellent balcony for outside dining with a barbecue as well. Lovely views over the marina. Good facilities, excellent for self catering purposes with a very good kitchen. Washing machine and tumble dryer as well.
Jill and Clive are wonderful hosts, so friendly and helpful. The house is in an amazing stuation right on the sea front. The facilities are exceptionaly good , everything you need for a self catering holiday, it is also very spacious and comfortable, Jill and Clive have put so much thought into making it a perfect holiday home. We will definitely be staying .here again.
A charming property separate from the main house which gave us privacy. Accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable with wonderful views of the bay and surrounding lands. Our hosts were very helpful, informative but especially accommodating with our needs. Anna Marie is so obliging and a wonderful cook. Her breakfasts were exceptional with generous provision and delicious extras. The accommodation is very well provided with all the necessary gadgets High made self catering so simple. Thanks Anna Marie and Johan. Pool use was so welcome.
Clean with very good facilities to allow self catering . Very comfortable bedding and living areas . Lovely to have use of the spa and pool facilities as well
We were six nights in the Studio (on Wharf Rd). The Studio is spacious and well equipped for self-catering. Other than buying some pies at Coro Pies (highly recommend) we didn’t eat out at all. Variety of seating for TV, dining, or the sunny deck. Very convenient 2 minute walk to the center of town (shops, restaurants, 4 Square Market). Large shaded parking space. Wifi worked well.
A luxurious self-catering apartment with fantastic views. We particularly loved the Balinese hot tub. Generous breakfast supplies.
