Mt Vernon is set on 6 hectares in Akaroa, with landscaped gardens and free WiFi. It is located just over a 1-hour drive from Christchurch Airport and offers free private parking on site. Exceptionally beautiful surroundings, remote yet close to town…. The bird song here at dawn was one of the highlights of my trip. The hosts are friendly and attentive. The view is from a high hillside overlooking Akaroa, very special. The lodge room was entirely unique, especially the sweet loft room ( for fit adults or children only) .

Clear Ridge Apartments feature self-contained accommodation with spectacular views of the alpine surroundings. The property is a 2-minute walk from the main village and the thermal pools. Roomy,comfortable, clean,well supplied with everything you need and so convenient to cafes and to the hot springs,could leave the car at the apartment.

The luxurious Village Lake Apartments are centrally located Hanmer Springs village centre only a few hundred metres from the popular thermal pools and the main street with shops, cafes and... Everything was warm and wonderful. It was great to be supplied with towels to take to the Hot Springs too. They also supplied hot water bottles.

Jane and Russell (the hosts) were exceptional and made us feel really welcome. The property itself was immaculate, modern and extremely comfortable. The location was tremendous - peaceful Kaikoura beach frontage meant we could enjoy breathtaking views from the serenity of our balcony, while the township of Kaikoura was just a short and pleasant walk away. Back to our amazing hosts - we enjoyed the delicious breakfast on offer, and Jane and Russell were able to sort restaurant bookings during a busy Christmas period - making it a really special visit for us.

Amazing location, beautiful views, clean and tidy rooms. Poppy was fantastic and so accommodating when a situation arose for our reservations outside of her control. 10/10 would stay here again.

Apartments 118 is within 5 minutes' drive from the Christchurch city centre. Free WiFi and parking is provided. The accommodation is air conditioned and features a seating area. The staff Angela is very helpful with the late check in and keep my belonging for me to pickup after check out. Love the comfort bed and new kitchen facility..

Nice studio to stay in. Close to the citycenter with nice eating locations. The Botanical Garden and Cathedral are nearby.
