Boasting free bikes and views of city, Origo Leilighetshotell- Øvre Storgate 5 is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Drammen, 43 km from Oslo Central Station. This apartment-hotel is in the "old town" part of Drammen, more charming and more restaurants compared to the other side of the river (based on my observation and the comments from my colleagues who were staying in hotels on the other side of the river). The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. Espresso machine worked well - more capsules available at the supermarket across the road. Bathroom well stocked with hand wash and lotion, shampoo/body wash and conditioner. Loved having the washing machine - there was a drying rack and things dried quickly overnight. Bed was very comfy and so was the couch in the living room. Easy to cast from your phone to the TV for apps like Youtube and I believe there was also Netflix. Lovely view of the Bragernes church tower from the window (I was on the top floor). Elin provided quick assistance when asked via the Bookings.com app. Easy to get into the building with the app (download Upkey before your stay....instructions to do this came while I was travelling and it was difficult to download on the move) or a provided keycard and into the apartment with a short number. Short walk over the bridge to the train station - note there is an elevator on the train station side but you have to look for it behind the staircase, and no stairs on the hotel side of the river. Wifi worked very well, in fact better than the office I was working at during the week. Coworker had an even nicer room across the hall from me.

Boasting a bar, Wex Hotels is set in Fredrikstad in the Østfold region, 3.4 km from The Old Town and 36 km from Fredriksten Fortress. The location, ascetics, cleanliness and the autonomy. You receive hotel information via a text msg day before your arrival and it makes it feel like your returning to one of your apartments rather then a hotel which for some might be a preferred way (was for me). Highly suggest 10/10

Hotel Filip provides accommodation situated less than 1 km from the centre of Oslo and offers a fitness centre and a garden. This 4-star aparthotel offers a lift and full-day security. The hotel feels all new and clean. My room was very spacious, well furnished. The location is ideal and even though there is no reception, I met with manager who was very helpful and friendly. I also enjoyed the fact that there is a gym and sauna accessible 24/7.

Bjørvika Apartments offers apartments in Operakvarteret by the Barcode buildingsas, as well as Sørenga an area by the waterside, a 5-15-minute walk to both the Oslo Central Station and the Oslo Opera... Location was exceptional and it was a very spacious apartment just as described and photographed.

A recently renovated property, Frogner House - Bislett is situated in Oslo near Oslo Central Station, The Royal Palace and The Royal Palace Park. Beautiful, clean, tasteful, spacious, well equipped. We had a very nice stay.

A recently renovated aparthotel set in the centre of Oslo, Att I Kvadraturen is a 4-star accommodation close to Akershus Fortress and Oslo Central Station. I liked the location, the friendly staff, the atmosphere. The property is very clean and cleverly managed
