Her sincerity and eagerness to assist a stranger traveller has left an indelible impression like my first sighting of the Northern Lights. Seasoned travelers are quick to differentiate the genuine personals in the service industry.  Vilda has scored full marks.  Sheer amazing ! Especially now the tourist industry suffers from  “post”-pandemic manpower crunch while business surged. Vilda has set a standard that is not easy to surpass. She is certainly an asset to the company.
