The host is extremely helpful. She helped with some additionail issue like car rental. I had also problem: left my headphones another place in KK. She organize the transfer of the parcel to KL. It was very, very nice od her. The apartment is really great located. Spacious, very clean.

This is a one unit in a big building of "serviced suites." Judging by the lobby traffic, I suspect almost every one of the units is listed on this site or some other similar site. The central location is perfect for a short term visit to Kota Kinabalu. The room included a nice "manual" and we enjoyed one of the recommended restaurants quite a lot. The room was well-equipped, and I was happy to find some laundry soap, as well! The pool is pretty good.

Located 200 metres from Filipino Market Sabah, Seaview Bliss Studio By Tropical Elegance offers an infinity pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. The apartment is very modern, clean, has lots of natural light, has good pressure in the shower, strong wifi connection with personal router in the room, big TV with Netflix, a great view, and is very comfortable and safe. It’s handy having a washing machine and also a kitchenette here with a large fridge too. There is still some construction happening in the building however we haven’t found it to be an issue. The location is quite central too and walking distance to a few malls as well as restaurants and bars. There are also many options to have food delivered to the building using Grab. The host, CK, has gone above and beyond for us during our stay here. From picking us up at the airport, to sending through tons of recommendations, answering messages almost instantly, as well as stocking the fridge with water and Coca Cola, we cannot speak more highly of him. He has been absolutely wonderful and would definitely recommend this room to anyone coming to KK. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended twice!

The room was very clean and comfortable! the balcony have a good see view , can feel very chill ! Especially the service of a staff named Sharmeni, she was so friendly , patiently and kind , provided us a very good service. Hope can come back to this property again ! :)

Situated along Lorong Api-Api 1, Marina Condominium Holiday Homestay offers complimentary access to the outdoor pool and fitness centre. Beautiful view, walking distance to most locations within KK, wonderful, most helpful, and courteous host! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spacious. They have extra beds and can easily accommodate 8 people very comfortably. Drinking water and kitchen utensils were also provided.
