The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Overall it's a perfect stay to enjoy Ulcinj. Totally recommended.

RESIDENCE Apartments is located in Ulcinj, about 2 km from city center, in a very quiet part of town. The property features a spacious rooftop sun terrace and bar with unique views of the sea. Apart-hotel is very nice, with modern design and well-furnished rooms. The roof-top bar and terrace with two jacuzzi and live trees are fascinating. The staff is very polite and qualified. The service is great.

The location is perfect just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The pool was fantastic and ideal for relaxing after the beach. A very good and quiet place for spending a few nights in Ulcinj. Rasim is a very nice and helpful owner, communication was very easy. The place is brand new and we enjoyed the balcony a lot. There is a supermarket and gas station nearby. To find the place, use the Voli Supermarket and Kallaba gas station on Bulevar Teuta to pinpoint the access road to Rasi Apartments.

Boasting city views, SUPREME Luxury Hotel features accommodation with balcony, around 29 km from Port of Bar. It is set 4.6 km from Old Town Ulcinj and provides a lift. The hotel is new and everything in the room was new. The bed is super comfortable. We got the room with a separate balcony, but other rooms do have shared balconies which I believe should not be such a problem for people. The towels were changed daily, not sure for the bedsheets, but as we stayed for 6 nights, we wouldn’t mind it even if it wasn’t changed for that time. Also, I saw a lot of people complaining about mosquitos, and not being able to open the balcony door, which is not true. There are no many mosquitos, trust me they love me no matter where I go. And lastly, the owners are a very nice and friendly family who made sure we have everything we need every day. Thank you!
