It's a bit outside of miyako town, so better have a bike/scooter/car/etc to move around. Otherwise, 15-20min walk. There is a bus stop in front of it. Supermarket 10mins walk. A couple of restaurants around. The building has no staff and all the check in process is done at the office of Pine car rental, near the airport (15mins drive from the apartment- 4km away). Free shuttle service provided Airport-Car rental Office-Apartment. They kept my bags on the last day. Good value for money. I stayed 10days with them. Very responsive to messages on the app. Staff speaks decent/good English, very polite.

Nice little airport hotel. Although it is not located near a beach or tourist area, it is located near the airport which makes it very convenient if you rent a car. The room is super spacious compared with all the places we stayed around Japan. It is equipped with a small kitchen, which was very convenient to prepare our own meals, washing machine. It has a car rental attached, but we didn't rent there so can't recommend it. We enjoyed our stay

If you have a car the location is perfect and you can get to any part of Miyakojima within 45 minutes. It has all necessary appliances to have a comfortable stay. The price for that level of cleanliness and comfort was cheap compared to my previous experiences
