The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, there's even a vanity table. The aircon worked fine and we had the perfect temperature. The water pressure in the showers was sufficient and they provided enough towels and shampoo. The wifi was super fast too. I asked for an additional frying pan, washing liquid and laundry detergent and they immediately helped. We didn't know how to operate the TV, and after calling reception, we had someone come sort it in two minutes. The location is great too because there are restaurants, patisserie, shops within walking distance. And a taxi to other areas in Amman is 10-20 minutes away at a cost of 2-4 dinars.

Girl on the front desk helpes us a lot, looking for restaurants to book for dinner, looking for taxi and some gifts. Breakfast was also very good, nice lady from the kitchen was preparing fresh omelette for us every morning and there were a lot of tradinional Jordanina dishes you can choose from. Hotel also provided free parking for us.
