The accommodation is amazing - very cosy and everything you need (kitchen kit, towels, bedding, toiletries) Private and quick access to the promenade, town centre and restaurants by a set of stairs. Close to shops and a bakery too. The sauna area is beautifully well done and was great on our final day once we'd checked out (as the owner said we were welcome to go in). The host was extremely welcoming, kind and accommodating. He generously gave us a bottle of his own olive homemade oil! He is constantly tending to the grounds - even after having two knees replaced. The setting is also truly spectacular. There's even a cute dog.

Modern apartments equipped with everything you may need and with the beautiful infinit swimming pool. We have really enjoyed the panoramatic view from the terace and the quiet! We can highly recommend this accomodation and love to stay here again!

Offering a garden and garden view, Residence Malcesine-Active&Family is situated in Malcesine, 42 km from Castello di Avio and 43 km from Gardaland. Really great hotel. Katy was really lovely and always on hand to help with anything at all. She is an absolute credit to the place. Our room had an amazing view of the lake and a huge balcony. The pool was great and never crowded. The walk into Malcesine was a bit tiring in the heat but there is a bus from right outside the hotel if you don't want to walk. We got the bus back twice during our stay which was great. There is also a lovely restaurant right outside the gates which was really handy and another place 5 mins away, Speck Stube which was a grill house with huge outside area, great atmosphere, was brilliant for a drink. We originally only booked 4 nights here but ended up adding another 3 nights on as we loved it so much. Safe underground parking available too. Massive well done Katy and the team.
