Good location, big room with a good airconditiioner. Provided with one coffee pod each and can buy more for 0.50c but no milk. Kitchen was satisfactory and fridge had a freezer that was good to freeze water bottles. Luggage could be stored there. Good wifi.

Boasting lake views, NS SUITE SAURIS features accommodation with balcony, around 39 km from Terme di Arta. The rooms come with a terrace with mountain views and free WiFi. The lake-view hot tub was exactly the kind of relaxing we were looking for. The hot tub was large, comfortable and easy to use and the large windows let you enjoy at the max the gorgeous view. The room itself was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Waking up with the light of the sunrise on the lake is priceless. Another strength of this hotel is how kind everyone was - it really made us feel important! If you have time, make time to dine at the restaurant Oro Nero (I believe they're partners but different owners): totally worth the extra dime. Tip: go during daylight not to miss out on the amazing view. It was the best first wedding anniversary for us and we hope we'll get to come back every year!

Location was excellent, less than 5 minutes walk to piazza unita d'italia. Around the apartment there are restaurants, little shops and cafes. Even though the flat was in the centre of the old town, it was quiet. Flat had all the amenities needed for a short stay. Good communication with the host.
