Absolutely loved our stay at Nazionale Matera. Our bus was late and arrived almost at midnight and our host met us late at night to hand over the key.. after hours and with a smile ,,,,that nothing is a problem and was very very accomodating. The apartment is modern, very spacious, almost new and very clean. The staff could not do enough for us and the cleaning service was second to none. As for the location, it was smack in the middle of the town and 5 mins walk to the start of the Sassi. It’s very well located to shops, train station and bus terminal. We would definitely recommend this place and when and if we return to Matera, we would stay here again.

Featuring garden views, Residence le Palme features accommodation with patio, around 1.4 km from National Archaeological Museum. The facility is an ideal place with everything perfectly thought out. Everything was brand new, including the parking lot. The facility staff took care of everything from entrance to exit. I wish I had more time and stayed in this peaceful place. I stayed in various houses in Italy for 10 days, but if one day booking com sets an ideal accommodation standard, this will be the place it will give as an example. I definitely recommend it.

A good location for a stress-free getaway in Grassano, Residence Bonelli is an aparthotel surrounded by views of the inner courtyard. The apartment was clean and the host was so friendly and helps us to book the restaurant for our yummy dinner. There is supermarket just next to apartment.
