Before you book, you have to understand this is not a typical hotel with reception and staff onsite. These are individual apartments, fully equipped with everything you need to comfortably stay a longer period of time (at least we did so). We booked a one bedroom apartment to stay there while we were looking for a more permanent rental. No one bothered us during this stay, which means that washing dishes, making bed, taking out the trash was done by us. No staff entered our apartment during the stay. The place was spotless when we entered (A++ for cleaning). Very warm, but not hot. Location was perfect for us, far enough from the crowded temple bar area, but close enough to walk there (2km).

The room was nice and clean. The bed was confortable and the shower was powerful. The kitchen had everything needed and a small nespresso machine, which is a nice touch. The room was also warm and cosy. The location is also quite central and handy to go around Dublin. Overall a nice stay.

Beautiful apartment and very central to town, Just 5 mins walk to pub and restaurants. An very cheap to stay,too some places in Dublin. Defs stay again.

Located on Nutley Lane to the south of Dublin, Broc House comprises of 24 one-bedroom self-catering holiday apartments. Warm and comfortable throughout; excellent facilities; comfortable bed; pleasantly surprised to see a tumble drier; close to amenities (Tesco) and DART; close to beach; car parking space. Highly recommended.
