We love the environmental friendly wooden key cards, smart on-off shower design and glass bottled water. Absolute convenience with direct sheltered access to Grand Batam Mall via level 2 - 5 lift lobby. Alternatively, it’s 30 secs to the mall from main lobby and 1min walk to massage place. Front desks personnels are welcoming, showering guest with a perfect 5-star experience. Thank you Salika and Salsa for arranging a taxi during peak hours, taking care of my luggage before check-in and arranging house keeping.

I love all the facilities of this place , you could find everything that whatever you needed. The place is clean , new , modern and cozy. I love this place so much.

If you love the solutide, basic requirement, and not asking too much then this is proper place.

Loved this place, I was little suspicious about staying here because I didn’t see many reviews but it was awesome. The room was amazingly clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean and would dry up easily. They even let me stay for 2 hours more at an extra cost of 20% which seemed quite reasonable. I forgot to collect my deposit so they texted me and sent it via PayPal. I couldn’t recommend it more, its walkable from the ferry station and the welcome to batam sign. If you don’t have a booking for sightseeing you can walk upto the ferry station and hire and cab, they are quite reasonable as well.
