Villa Nika is a complex of luxurious suites and apartments conveniently located in Agia Marina, within 200 meters from the beach and within a five-minute walk from the old port of Spetses. the location is perfect, close to agia marina beach, close to the old port and very quiet. the apartment was clean and simple with AC. the staff is was lovely and very helpful. the swimming pool is divine.

Built according to the architecture of cosmopolitan Spetses, Nissia Traditional Residences Spetses is right on the seafront, 500 metres from Dapia Port. It offers a sea-view restaurant and pool. Fantastic location on the sea front, walking distance from the ferry terminal. Spacious units with handy kitchenette and decently sized fridge - super if you have kids that suddenly go hungry. The pool is fantastic for kids and adults (separated). Breakfasts were idyllic, outside with a view of the sea, great beroert and the best yogurt! I would easily say it’s the best destination to stay in Spetses. Daily cleaning, friendly staff, comfortable beds.

Located less than 1 km from Agia Marina Beach, a 15-minute walk from Agios Mamas Beach and 2.2 km from Paralia Spetson Beach, Lianos Hotel Apartments provides accommodation set in Spetses. The owner was very friendly and accomodating. The space outside the rooms and around the pool is nice and relaxing. The hotel is near the old port and a tad further from the town.
