Located 800 metres from the beach in the Ampavris area of Kos Town, Eftihia Apartments free WiFi and balcony overlooking the garden and the mountains. We enjoyed everything about our stay. We rented 2 studio rooms. The rooms were very clean and spatious. The facility was very beautiful with lots of places to sit and relax in the garden. The owner was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We would %100 recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Kos. It is near the city center (15-20 min walk) but if you plan on travelling the whole day i would recommend you either rent a bike or a car. Thank you for your hospitality!

Within 800 metres of the centre of Kos town, the family-run Esperides offers self-catering rooms with free WiFi. It has a swimming pool and a bar, and provides free on-site parking. The cleanliness was spot on quite literally and the staff was amazing and welcoming ! Probably the cleanest room I have ever rented! The location is quite convenient depending on what you define as far or short distance. I will visit again
