To start with, the location and the facility itself is beautiful. Every room is built in a way that it can somehow face the sea. Gardens are amazing. When it comes to the room itself, all of the details are well thought of. Pots, pans, new and clean, oil, salt/pepper, everything available if you want to be stay in and cook. Room is very well sized, beautifully designed. Staff is more than helpful, always smiley. I can only say praises about Iris Studios, hopefully I will be back again.

We recently stayed at this incredible hotel, and it was an absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. The first thing that struck me was the pristine cleanliness of the entire property. Reflecting the hotel’s high standards of hygiene and attention to detail. The breakfast was another highlight of my visit. Each morning, I was treated to a delicious breakfast .What made it even more special was enjoying my meal in the hotel’s lush garden. The garden provided a tranquil and refreshing atmosphere, with beautifully maintained plants and flowers that created a peaceful start to the day. The location of the hotel is another reason I would highly recommend it. The surrounding area is incredibly refreshing, with plenty of open space and greenery that gives you a sense of serenity. Maria and her family were exceptionally attentive and friendly. They were always ready with a smile and eager to help with anything I needed, from local recommendations to making sure my stay was perfect in every way. Thanks for everything.

Nastanitev Maria Rooms je 15 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Megas Limnionas Beach in ponuja vrt ter nastanitvene enote s klimatsko napravo, z balkonom in z brezplačnim WiFi. Maria was an exceptional host. She picked us up from the airport even though we told her very late when we would arrive. The room was clean and spacious with an amazing view overlooking the Turkish coast. We wish Maria all the best!

It was the PERFECT place to stay to see the most interesting region of the island. All the best beaches are minutes away by car, including Apothika, Dinami, Vroulidia, Avlonia, etc. We stayed at this property for 4 nights and could easily have stayed a few more. It was so unique and such a fantastic experience to stay in the historic walled city of Mesta. Tasos was like a tour guide! He made our trip to Chios so memorable and so personal. We knew all the best restaurants, the hidden spots in all the best beaches, the must-see places, etc because of Tasos. The hotel itself is incredible. Very thoughtful details in each room.

Družinski hotel leži 50 m od morja v Emporiosu na otoku Hios. Vulkanska plaža Mavra Volia je oddaljena 370 m. Ponuja velik vrt z bazenom. Family run cosy motel with a pool and good breakfast. Owners are present all time and are very kind to deal with. Will come back again.
