Everyone at the reception is very welcoming and warming , when we first came to the hotel they offered all my children even myself cookies and they are always willing to help. The rooms are very neat and clean. There’s a lounge area with free lemonade, tea, and coffee. When they knew I had 3 children they provided a great amount of generous help and provided a more comforting room for us. Especially these three Staf; Wendy and Omar and Dhaimy(manager). They were like the warmth of sun reaching me in a cold winter night. I should also mention that there’s an area within the lounge where they provide lots of books and toys etc. for children which helped me a lot during mornings and nights. The hotel is very close the town square, it’s about a 10 minute walk and I personally like to walk there because it takes the same time in a uber because of the traffic. My son accidentally slightly injured his head while showering and the staff were very concerned about him and they took the situation very seriously, I would even say the took it more serious than me. They provided a free ride and sent us to a hospital. If I come back to Birmingham again they will most definitely be my first choice and I will of course my recommending them to my friends.

The room was spacey and fully equipped. Squeaky clean and very organised. Comfortable and cozily warm! The establishment was in pristine condition from all aspects. I would definitely be back for an even longer stay!

The flat was very nice and clean it was close to where we were attending a conference so the location was great, lots of shops nearby.
