This beachfront property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The proximity to the beach was excellent , once we parked at the Apartment we did not need our car for any movement again. Eateries were all within walking distance. I will surely be back.

The home was fantastic for the 4 couples that were traveling together. The rooms were wonderfully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was nice and accommodated us all nicely. The hosts even had a cake and milk for us to enjoy the night of our arrival. Nice touch. The hosts were so gracious and communicated well. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Location of the property was great, very close to amenities. Property was lovely inside, has everything required of a self catering apartment,plus a small private courtyard area outside with table and chairs. We were impressed with the overall presentation of the apartment and would recommend it to friends and family

Greeted at the entrance and booked in immediately. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything you needed for a self-catering holiday. The location was perfect, less than a 5 minute walk to the high street, beach, and entertainment. The staff were lovely, polite and helpful when required.
I visit King's Lynn about 3-4 times a year (I run an archaeological project there), and have stayed in numerous hotels, guest houses, and self-catering accommodation. The Penthouse is the simply the best place I have stayed in. It is comfortable, is in an excellent location, and is very good value for money. (note The Penthouse is pictured just to the right of the Custom House in the night-time photograph), whilst the day-time photograph is the view from the property).

This is one of the few self-catering houses we could find in Sheringham with parking and was the main reason for booking. It is located on an unexpectedly quiet side road, which is a bonus.
Excellent value for money, offering clean and no fuss self catering accommodation. Perfect for couples or small family
The breakfast is self-catering. The kitchen facilities were useful and helpful. The layout of The Cabin was very helpful. We were able to park next to the Cabin. The beds were comfortable. The hot water was much improved. Wi-fi included.
