It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and had everything you could need for a break. The furnishings were beautiful and high quality such as the towels, pillows and duvets. We really appreciated the added extras like the fruit, coffee pods and milk. Our children loved their bunk beds and the tv in their room. The addition of a fan was also really appreciated. We can’t wait to book again to stay. Beautiful apartment and amazing value.

I was in a spacious clean double room, the bed was super cosy and I slept really well! Fast complementary WiFi and a cosy seating area beside the kitchen area. The kitchen facilities were great if you are wanting to cook but there are also food and take away places right outside which was handy. The price for 2 nights was the most affordable that I could find in Preston so that was a bonus. Location is handy enough and right beside the university and only a few minutes walk away to a couple of bars. Phil the owner went out of his way to send me an easy video guide with instructions on how to access keys and the video also showed the property. Overall, a great and cosy experience :)
