First of all, the check out time on the app or on the emails all said 8am-11am, but when we are checking out at 11am the staff said to us we made her one hour late, we should’ve check out at 10am and it’s very disrespectful, that’s exactly what she said to me and at that time I was really confused and shocked as I have the key of the room so i ask her said where should I leave the key and she just being lack of patience and rude said just leave it inside of the key box. honestly at that moment all my good memories with this place just gone so I think I should say thanks to her for ruining my day

To Haven Rockley Park Poole Lytchett Bay View βρίσκεται σε Lytchett Minster, σε Ντόρσετ και σε κοντινή απόσταση από τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Lake North Beach και Παραλία Hamworthy Beach. The caravan was lovely and clean, and we had even been provided with a few things we weren't expecting e.g. washing up liquid. Thank you! We liked having a tall fridge freezer as we had warm weather and needed lots of cool drinks. The Haven site grounds were neat and tidy so a big thumbs up to the grounds maintenance staff. We liked the play park by the 'beach' which our nearly 6 year old used one evening. We liked having a parking space next to the caravan. We liked that there was recycling on site. We didn't need the shop but it looked well stocked. We would stay again at Rockley Park and we would recommend it to others. Knoll Beach on Studland was our favourite place to visit and we used the Sandbanks ferry (£5.30 each way) too. We were lucky with the weather as Dorset is beautiful!
