We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they made us feel very welcomed. They decorated the bed with rose petals and tea lites; it was very romantic. Everyone was kind and understood English .

My 7th (top) floor apartment had a wide view south towards Lille. Welcome pack with toiletries in bathroom and bottle of water. Quiet internally. Efficient lifts. A friendly welcome from Thierry who explained how to use the pass card on external gates, main entrance door and lift and key to access apartment. Quiet and efficient fridge. Hob with touch controls. Microwave with simple twist timer knob. Wardrobe had hangers and there was adequate storage space. Location is near Alsace Plaine Images Metro stop (M2) with frequent direct services to Lille Flanders, Lille Europe, Roubaix and Tourcoing stations. Le Fresnoy arts centre is nearby with a cinema.
