My Maison In Paris - Louvre offers accommodation within 1.1 km of the centre of Paris, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a microwave, a toaster and a fridge. The location was the best you can get. The apartment is equipped with all you need, all the kitchen accessories, very clean and nice decorated. 5 min walk to the Las Halles metro station. The place is 6 floors high, we were at the 6 floor and with small children was difficult to get up on the small elevator. But the very high standard of this place takes it all.

Nestay Sentier offers accommodation within 1.7 km of the centre of Paris, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with an oven, a microwave and a toaster. I really liked that it was new and the feeling that you were in a hotel but still having the kitchen in your room made it perfect to get some fresh Parisian groceries and make your own dinner/lunch. Our room was clean and the bathroom was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and flexible, and always willing to help.

Located in Montrouge, Edgar Suites Montrouge is a recently renovated accommodation, 4 km from Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles and 5 km from Luxembourg Gardens. Absolutely amazing, loved it with all my heart Super beautiful furniture, well equipped apartment. The kitchen has ALL you need (cooking oil, salt/pepper, washing machine capsules, coffee/tea..) Very safe neighborhood, calm, walkable distance to sightseeings (40+ min) I had the best sleep in years. Lots of pillows, very good blanket, dark curtains Small guide with recommendations around apartment is such a nice touch <3
