The room had a stove and a dish washing machine, which was luxurious for the price. Really large bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff was always very polite and the place had a small bar/restaurant, that sold very decent pizza and Thai food from a buffet.

Aateli Lakeside Chalets - former Vuokatti Suites are peacefully located by Lake Nuasjärvi. This modern accommodation offers a private beach with a jetty. It was a good three-room apartment with all the amenities necessary for a week.

Even salt and pepper, as well as coffee machine filters were found in the kitchen, this was of much pleasant surprise to us. The reality exceeded our expectations. Very quiet place with peaceful nature and well-considered premises.

Set in a refurbished 1882 building, Huoneistohotelli Marja is within 10 minutes' walk of central Mikkeli. All accommodation options include private kitchen facilities. Location was super: very quiet and beautiful old historic barracks area. The building and rooms were beautiful. This was a very nice alternative to the usual basic hotel. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Tahko Spa Hotel enjoys a central location in Tahko, only 300 metres from Lake Syväri. It offers suites with private saunas, free WiFi and spacious, glassed balconies. The location was walkable to everything. The grounds were very easy to navigate. The views from our room were beautiful. We liked being able to walk to the lobby to exercise or eat!
