There was nothing that we could fault with this accomdation, from the first initial contact from Siblia, Mirea and the staff of the Orlando Apts, and our first meeting at the airport where Mirea collected us she was so engaging, kind and helpful in everything. The apartment was immaculately clean. Everything there was superb. I would highly recommend this apartment complex. So close to all the amenities and walking distance to everything beach, shops, restaurants, bars, waterparks shopping malls etc.

Clean apartment in a wonderful apartment complex. Nearby are shops, supermarkets, a bus stop next to the exit. The beach is a 7-10 minute quiet walk. Evening program, animation, swimming pool, sun terrace. Everything was perfect, I recommend it. There is a washing machine, which is very important for families with children!

After booking this, I was contacted by a woman called Gillian who managed the property on behalf of the owner. Gillian couldn’t have been more helpful and was there to meet us on arrival and also for our checkout. Both my partner and I are Vegan and my partner is also gluten-free, Gillian gave us supermarket recommendations which turned out to be so helpful and she was always available on WhatsApp throughout our stay should we have any issues. The apartment itself was fantastic, modern, and had every amenity you have at home. It feels very secure and safe because it is located within a gated community that can only be accessed via a fob. The location is fantastic as it is right in the heart of Playa De las Americas, with numerous bars and restaurants a short walk away, yet despite this, you cannot hear any noise when you're in bed. As stated, there are also great supermarkets close by, should you choose to cook meals rather than eat out. The kitchen has a hob, oven and microwave and all the pots, pans and cutlery you would need. The air con also made it very easy to sleep. There is a lovely private seawater pool area with ample sun loungers and a pool bar that serves both food and drink. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will be returning soon!

Great Apartment, it was small and cozy and had everything we needed. Very well cleaned, nice view. I thought the apartment was more out of the way, but it took 2 min to walk down to a small, nice and tidy beach. Short distance from supermarkets and decent restaurants. The apartment was much more central than I expected
